Bill: You know, I think I remember this. I think we went to Sanibel Island and we stayed in some kind of resort village. I remember it was like a gated sort of community and it was right on the beach and they had all kinds of swimming pools. I think it says like San San Beach, you know, resort or something on there.
Dena: I think you have one like a Pincrest shirt or something.
Bill: So it says Pinecrest Power. There’s another picture coming up. I saw that I’m wearing that same shirt and I totally forgot about that shirt.
Nanny: And look how tan you guys were with the sun. Brown as berries.
Bill: Do you remember that?
Dena: I remember I, when I see this picture, boom, it’s Sanibel Island and I can honestly say to goodness, remember the ginormous pool that we essentially lived in.
Bill: Yeah. And do you remember they had those weird, like little clams, those colorful claims that when the tide, when the water would go out, you could collect them. And we had a big bucket that we brought home to the apartment and they all died in it. Stunk like shit. I don’t know what we were thinking. We can keep these things alive but they were dead by the time we got back to the house because I think we’re living in the apartments at the time. Remember that at all?
Nanny: Yeah, I certainly do.
Dena: I don’t remember. I don’t, I don’t remember this stinky bucket, but I do remember. I don’t know if our trip to Sanibel that time coincided with Dutch and because we were doing all the shell projects, gluing shells on everything.
Bill: Well, I remember when we went to San, I remember we went with another couple or somebody else. I don’t know if it was like Linda or Debbie or does that ring a bell at all?
Nanny: I don’t remember. I can’t remember. That is a darling picture.
